At Redshift7toys.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all returned products remain in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Redshift7toys.com account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original product packaging, including all manuals and accessories, and clearly write your Return Authorization number on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship Items Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our designated fulfillment center address.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
